Last updated: 2026-10-02 · Applies to California residents
1. Introduction
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to visitors who are California residents. It explains the rights the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you over the personal information we collect, and how to exercise them.
2. Summary of your privacy rights
As a California resident, you generally have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, and share; request deletion of personal information we hold about you; opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
3. Right to know
You may ask us to disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we've collected about you, the categories of sources, the purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we've shared it, covering the prior 12 months.

| Identifiers | Name, address, email, phone | Network lenders, service providers |
| Financial information | Income, employment, banking details | Network lenders |
| Internet activity | Browsing behavior, device data | Analytics and advertising partners |

4. Right to delete
You may request that we delete personal information we've collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (for example, information we need to retain for legal or security purposes). To submit a deletion request, email us at [email protected]. We'll need to verify your identity before completing the request.
5. Right to opt out of sale or sharing
We do not sell your personal information for money. Depending on how they're configured, some of the advertising or analytics tools we use may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of information under California law. You can opt out by contacting us at [email protected] or by using your browser's privacy controls.
6. Right to non-discrimination
We will not deny you services, charge you a different amount, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of your CCPA rights.
