CCPA Privacy Notice

Last updated: 2026-10-02 · Applies to California residents

1. Introduction

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to visitors who are California residents. It explains the rights the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you over the personal information we collect, and how to exercise them.

2. Summary of your privacy rights

As a California resident, you generally have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, and share; request deletion of personal information we hold about you; opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

3. Right to know

You may ask us to disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we've collected about you, the categories of sources, the purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we've shared it, covering the prior 12 months.

5. Right to opt out of sale or sharing

We do not sell your personal information for money. Depending on how they're configured, some of the advertising or analytics tools we use may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of information under California law. You can opt out by contacting us at [email protected] or by using your browser's privacy controls.

6. Right to non-discrimination

We will not deny you services, charge you a different amount, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of your CCPA rights.

Lendercompare is a loan-matching service, not a lender. We do not make credit decisions and cannot guarantee that a request will be matched with a lender or result in an offer. Loan amounts, rates, terms, and funding speed are set solely by participating network lenders and vary by applicant, lender, and state. Not all applicants qualify, and lender availability varies by state. Checking for matches generally uses a soft inquiry; a lender may run a hard inquiry if you proceed with them directly. This is a design preview, not a live financial service.

1 Soft inquiries used to check for matches typically don't affect your credit score.
