1. Consent to contact

By submitting a request through Lendercompare, you consent to be contacted by Lendercompare, our network lenders, and their marketing partners at the phone number and email address you provide, including for purposes of matching you with a lender and following up on your request.

2. How we may contact you

Contact may come by call, text message (SMS), or email, and may use automated dialing technology, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, or automated text platforms. Message and data rates may apply depending on your phone plan.

3. This consent is not required

Your consent to be contacted in this way is not a condition of using our service. You do not have to agree to receive automated or marketing communications in order to submit a request, though we may still need to reach you by phone or email to process it.

4. Do Not Call registry

By providing your consent, you agree that this consent overrides any prior registration on a federal or state Do Not Call registry, solely with respect to communications from Lendercompare and the network lenders you're matched with.

5. How to opt out

You can revoke your consent at any time. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message you receive. To stop calls or emails, contact us at [email protected]. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect messages related to a request you've already submitted.

6. Related policies

This disclosure should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle the information you provide.

Lendercompare is a loan-matching service, not a lender. We do not make credit decisions and cannot guarantee that a request will be matched with a lender or result in an offer. Loan amounts, rates, terms, and funding speed are set solely by participating network lenders and vary by applicant, lender, and state. Not all applicants qualify, and lender availability varies by state. Checking for matches generally uses a soft inquiry; a lender may run a hard inquiry if you proceed with them directly. This is a design preview, not a live financial service.

1 Soft inquiries used to check for matches typically don't affect your credit score.
